Yes! Currently, we have many customers who make purchases on a personal basis. You just need to keep in mind that you’ll be acquiring a large quantity of products and should have enough space to store all your merchandise in optimal conditions.

The minimum purchase order at Best Melamine is $1,500 US dollars.

Best Melamine works diligently to ship your order as fast as possible. The typical shipping time is 5 to 7 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

This depends on:

  1. Your freight agent.
  2. Whether it is inventory for immediate dispatch or if it needs to be manufactured.
  3. If your country has restrictions on certain products.

 

For inventory orders, the dispatch is immediate once the payment for the merchandise is received. However, if your order needs to be manufactured, then it will depend on the order volume, manufacturing time, and shipping to your country (around 1 to 2 months).

Our products are packed in the most appropriate way to avoid damage. Please inform your sales executive by sending the details of the claim and clear photos of each claimed item. We will get in touch with you and process your claim within 15 to 20 business days.

Claims must be made within 45 days from the invoice date. Once the merchandise is received, only one claim per shipment will be accepted. Partial claims on the same invoice will not be accepted. Best Melamine reserves the right to reject a claim or offer a percentage discount applicable to the next purchase.

Best Melamine operates under the incoterm EXW, which means we handle all dispatch arrangements for the merchandise. However, once the goods leave our warehouses, all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

You will need to obtain a shipping quote for the merchandise from a freight agent, and upon the arrival of the goods at your destination, you and your customs agent will be responsible for customs clearance and any other processes or documentation required by your country.

We recommend that you request a proforma of your purchase from our sales executives and get in touch with a freight and customs agent in your country to obtain shipping cost estimates and further information about the importation process. This way, you can analyze the best option for your needs.

The products are manufactured in our factory located in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Once your order has been placed, you will have only 48 hours to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact your advisor as soon as possible.

Before confirming your order, in the notes, indicate “I want to customize” and one of our sales advisors will contact you to define the details. Please note that this type of product is handled with minimum order quantities, extended delivery times, and an additional charge for designs.

Yes, you can arrange to pick up your order at our warehouses. You must contact your sales advisor to coordinate the date and time for the pickup.

Yes, we ship worldwide through freight agents. However, you are responsible for contacting them to open an account before placing an order. The freight agents will charge additional fees for their services, which are independent of our shipping and handling charges. We cannot directly accept or load customer containers from our warehouse locations.
